My name is Natalie House (Nat!) and I live in the beautiful market town of Romsey, Hampshire with my husband Andy and our cat Rodney. I started my own business CryoAtHome in September 2025 because my family and I have been prone to benign skin lesions such as skin tags and seborrheic keratosis for many years and have spent a significant amount of our time and money on being treated privately using cryotherapy. 

In addition, the NHS stopped funding cryotherapy treatment in September 2024 due to the removal of benign skin lesions such as warts, veruccas, skin tags,  seborrheic keratosis, cherry angiomas and age spots being classified as “cosmetic” and falling outside of routine NHS funding. 

For those of you like me who have suffered with these types of lesions, you will know they can become very itchy, painful and in some cases prevent you from doing your day-to-day activities and you want them removed to improve your quality of life, not just for “cosmetic” purposes.

I therefore wanted to create a business whereby I can provide a convenient, safe, professional and affordable cryotherapy service to people living in Romsey and the surrounding areas. I am not a doctor or dermatologist, but I am fully trained in performing cryotherapy treatment and am insured to perform the treatment in the comfort and privacy of your own home. If I see any lesions that I am not 100% sure what they are, I will not treat you and I will always recommend you speak to your GP to have them checked.
